On the field, our possession-based philosophy requires constant collaboration. Building out of the back, breaking lines, and maintaining control of the game depend on movement, timing, and trust between teammates. Players are encouraged to make decisions not just for personal success, but for the benefit of the team. Winning 1v1 battles is important, but doing so within the framework of team structure and purpose is essential.

Off the field, we help players understand what it means to be a good teammate and leader.
